I start with some small parts.
Hubs, CV Joints, calipers are Volvo 850 items bought from the wreckers.
Renovated and new paint an I'd say the look ok.
The swing arms are built in 6 mm steel.
The uniballs for the main bearing of the arms are M20.

Camber angle are aimed to be as close to zero as possible,
but the caster angle was a bit of a headache. Lots of people had different ideas.
It ended up ridiculously close to the same angle as a standard kick bike...

For some reason a couple of images from when Fille decided to repair the rusty rear fenders got here.
Since I dont have any category called "minor body modifications" I suppose they can still be here...

Here the work with the front suspension continues.
As you can see I´m pretty careful when cutting the pipes so that they really fit well,
before I weld them in place. It gets a lot easier to weld them if they fit well,
and I´m convinced it will be a stronger alternative rather than filling large gaps with the weld.

Volvo 850 has a hydraulic slave cylinder for the cluch, but the Cherry were built for wire maneuvered.
A master cluch cylinder from Filles Saab V4 and a slightly rebuild of the pedal was the way.

Thomas at Industriverktyg sponsored the team with a brand new Mig Weld.
HotWok Racing thanks him in all possible ways!
